Wake Up!

Sometimes we so called smart humans, top of the food chain and so on, are just so freakin dumb!

I get so frustrated sometimes when I hear people having this disease or that and then instead of listening to their own body they listen to a GP what does that stand for “Get Prescription!” Big Pharma has got it all their way? Billions of dollars in creating and sustaining dis-ease! If they can’t make a profit they ban it!

What happened to the old days when it was known instinctively to eat unprocessed foods, not to inject poison into our body that totally change the whole sympathetic nervous system of your body thereby creating a system so totally out of whack, that of course the immune system would be compromised!

Wake up people! Don’t go and take that prescription drug that causes all sorts of ramifications onwards. THINK!!
Nature has everything you need! All you need do is eat fruit and veggies, meditate which has been proven to calm the nervous system, which in turn gives your body a high PH in alkalinity.
Simple stuff really…… eat plant based diet, don’t take pharmaceuticals, stay away from dairy that has been processed and wheat that is not what it once was. Don’t vaccinate!

The Very Clever Thyroid Gland and why it is ultimately in your best interest to look after it!

Hi folks just thought to let you in on some very cool information on your very important thyroid gland!

For the few percent that have a total perfect functioning thyroid it may not concern you, however in today’s environment it may be worthwhile to check it out anyhow.

The thyroid gland is located in the neck area and is important because it can react negatively to lots of things we do and take in our daily lives..

It is a powerful gland because it is able to control how we feel! By not respecting this gland and getting it into tip top condition it may mean you could feel out of harmony or even anxious and stressed.
Now I don’t really like the idea that because of a gland in my body not working properly I feel anxious!

It also stops the body from loosing weight when not in proper functioning order.

I like to take the easy road with my health and although the body is far from simple it can be a fairly straightforward fix. That is the exciting part!

So how about lowering your intake of heavy metals. So you never thought that you have such things in your body?
Well have you got amalgam in the form of dentist fillings? There’s mercury for one.
How about vaccines? There’s aluminium for another!
Do you clean your teeth with fluoride toothpaste or drink water that has fluoride added? Medications also contain fluoride in some cases.
So maybe besides brushing your teeth with fluoride free toothpaste, getting access to fluoride free water there isn’t a lot you are able to do right?
Having a detox or short fast combined with bentonite clay or zeolite, to help draw out accumulated toxins, you will get that zest back into your life!

Why Choose to Detox?

Giving up food even for one meal makes the average person shudder let giving it up for alone 36 hours!

As children and throughout our lives, food plays such an important part of our lives.

As soon as we are born we cry for food. Growing up, food is used as a bribe “eat your veggies and you’ll get dessert.” Or, “ I’ll buy you a sweet treat if you clean up your room!”

The mindset of food equals praise, a reward or treat, especially sweet food, being the Holy Grail of life!

We even eat when we are not really hungry.

Going shopping advertisements bombard our senses. Smelling the aroma of fried food or seeing the visual treats of ice cream, cakes etc.

Are you really hungry or is it the brain flicking a switch…a habit from years of going down that pathway. What use are those empty calories they just stack up and cause the colon to choke?

Look at it for what it is, an automatic knee jerk reaction!

An, I want to feel good automatic response.

What if you started a new neural pathway in your brain?

Neuroplasticity is being accepted more today for good reason, its been proven by science and it works!

When we have worn the pathway of thinking a certain way sometimes that track has turned into an eight laned highway! What if we began doing things differently? A habit can be changed.

Stop and tune in to your body, be in the moment and not on automatic response.

Think of the consequences of putting something that has zero nutritional value and just a whole lot of calories (sometimes not even resembling food as it is totally lacking in any nutritional value) in your mouth, instead make an alternative choice to first imagine that you were inside your body and you had to try to digest this and think about what your body is going to have to go through!

First having to digest it and then after that it will be wedged in your intestines and colon for quite until it can be pushed out the other end. (If you’re lucky!).

If you really knew everything that went into your food, where it began and the places and people it has had contact with during the making of the end product that you are looking at maybe you would reconsider and get something that was less processed and contained some nutrition.

This then allows your body to heal, build immunity for those coughs and colds and virus’s that abound.

The mentality that has pervaded society today is to give away the power of healing our own body! Believing that we can do what we like to our bodies systems and then compensating with medication from the local GP.

Side effects of course, but that’s ok because now we can go again and get something else to take to help that!

Is it any surprise to discover the diseases that are rampant in our society today?

I have of course diverted from the original topic (which I do tend to do a bit…..)

The question was “Why would you choose to detox?"

sharonWelcome to my very first blog. I have spent many years exploring, researching and investigating my own personal path to health and wellness on all levels. I also appreciate the never ending discoveries on the continuum of our life journey.

Following my heart, I would like to inspire you to come and discover new healing methods. I have explored all levels of health; physical, spiritual, mental and emotional levels. I have found many possibilities to our incredible existence on this amazing planet and eager to share.
To those that are looking for inspiration and would love to have the enthusiasm they had as children. Please allow me to come on board with my own way of explaining this to you.
A struggle in a certain area of your life may not be much fun at the time, so try changing your feelings to the situation. Accept it in all its entirety. Shrug it off and know that you have gained so much, for you now have greater clarity in this area as you know this is not what you want, thereby knowing clearly the opposite is more desirable. You are able to go forth with purpose and fullness in your heart that you are grateful for in your life, the upsets and the joy! Recognising this, then sends a powerful message to the universe/soul/ higher self /god that is quickly sent back, matching your heartfelt joy! Like attracts like!
Being grateful changes your whole vibration and therefore attracting to you those situations that match your new vibration.

I hope our time together will be beneficial and inspirational.
I want to be MAD and Make A Difference.
